Finally got out a few times.
« on: October 25, 2010, 10:51:50 AM »
So last Tues I had off of work and decided that Id take my brothers and my dad out hunting. I just acquired a new lease that I had let sit for opening week. I went out there Monday night to check it out, and the bird were everywhere. As soon as 7:05 came around it sounded like WWIII. I had to get on them a bit to slow down and really start picking what birds they wanted to harvest. They said they could care less.LOL. Anyway heres the pic.

So Saturday we hit a golf course spot we have and landed up shooting a mixed bag limit of Teal, Pins, Widgeon, and mallards. Plus we all got limits of geese. A really fun day but we all left the cameras at home. ya, I was pissed. No proof= it never happend.

Then Sunday just me and my brother went back to my new lease and new what to expect. We stared shooting around 7:20, because of poor light conditions. But we were limited out by 7:45. It was a great day!  Here's the pic!

Nice. Must be a great lease property. Some day I'll be able to afford the paying for land.   :bash: Until then I have to battle all the others on public land.
Again great job.  :)
